The short version

IMPACT Studio is free to download and use. Your work is yours — including every Roadmap the app produces. The software is provided as-is; business decisions you make with it are your own. Joining the community means being decent to each other, and nothing here is for sale yet.

License

IMPACT Studio App is free to download and use for planning your own projects — personal or commercial. Don't redistribute or resell the app or the content it serves to you, and don't misrepresent either. Everything the app produces for you — your research, your decisions, your Roadmap — is yours to keep and use however you want.

AI providers

You connect your own AI provider to the app. Those requests run under your account and that provider's terms. We're not a party to that relationship, and we don't pay for or control it.

Your account and community conduct

Community accounts are optional. You own what you post. Be decent: no spam, no harassment, no illegal content, and don't scrape other members' data. We're a small community keeping itself pleasant, so we can remove posts or accounts that break this.

Our content and marks

The content on this site, the IMPACT System and IMP+ACT marks, and the Stupid Simple Startup name are ours. Don't use them to imply we endorse you, or to pass your work off as ours.

No warranties

The app and the site are provided as-is and as-available, with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't promise uninterrupted service or error-free software.

No professional advice

The app's output is informational planning help. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice. Business decisions you make with it are your own.

Nothing for sale yet

Everything we offer today is free. When paid offers exist, these terms get updated first, and the dates above will change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

When the terms change, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
