The method inside IMPACT Studio
Everything you publish is two kinds of work: planning the book, and doing the work. The IMPACT System is six steps, but you only need to remember two ideas — and the name teaches you the rest.
Six steps, two kinds of work.
IMP is planning your book. ACT is getting it out there. Put them together and you get IMPACT.
Plan your book
IMP
- Identify — who is your book for, and what do they want? For a picture book: which shelf, which parents, which bedtime.
- Monetize — how will it make money? The formats, the prices, and where the real money is.
- Productize — what exactly are you making, and how will it get made? The size, the format, the illustrator question.
Get it out there
ACT
- Activate — set up the things that connect your book to readers: your page, your email list, your presence online.
- Campaign — the launch, the promotions, the pushes that get people to buy.
- Triumph — see what worked: do more of what's selling, fix what isn't.
IMP and ACT aren't a straight line — they're two kinds of work you move between. You'll change your prices after your first launch; you'll get clearer on your readers once real ones show up. That's the system working, not you failing. The + means you need both — and the last step feeds the first: every time around, you start a little smarter. In the plainest words: get it made, get it seen, get it sold — then see what worked.
You don't study it. You use it.
There's no course to take and no homework before you start. Inside IMPACT Studio, your AI coach walks the steps with you: first it looks at how books like yours sell, then it helps you make the real decisions about your book, and everything turns into your Roadmap. By the time it's done, you'll know the system because you'll have done it once.
That's the whole idea: the method does its job quietly, so you can do yours.
