The IMPACT System™ is a sequential framework — six steps, two phases, one repeating loop. You don’t skip steps. You don’t reorder them. You do the work in the sequence it was designed, and the system builds on itself.

Define the opportunity, validate the economics, and build the thing worth selling. This phase has a beginning and an end. You complete it before moving to Phase 2.
Phase 2 · Run
Activate. Campaign. Triumph.
Build the infrastructure, drive it with deliberate campaigns, then analyze and decide what comes next. Phase 2 repeats. Every cycle of Triumph informs the next.
The Six Steps
Each step owns something specific.
No overlap. No ambiguity. Every step has a clear job. You know when you’ve done it, and you know when you haven’t.
Step 1
Identify
Define the customer, validate the problem, and establish the strategic positioning that guides every subsequent decision. Skip this and you’re building for someone who doesn’t exist.
Step 2
Monetize
Work out the unit economics before you build anything. Pricing, margin, and monetization goal. If the numbers don’t work here, they won’t work later.
Step 3
Productize
Turn your expertise or idea into a defined, deliverable product. Scope, format, delivery, promise. Build what you validated in Step 1 at the price you set in Step 2.
Step 4
Activate
Build the infrastructure that makes selling possible — audience, platform, systems, and the minimum viable presence needed to run campaigns in Step 5.
Step 5
Campaign
Drive deliberate, time-bound selling pressure. Not a vague ongoing effort — a specific campaign with a start, an offer, and an end. Then stop and measure.
Step 6
Triumph
Analyze results, extract decisions, and determine what happens next — optimize, rebuild, or move to a new product. Triumph is what makes the loop compound over time.

Why is the IMPACT System free?
Because useful knowledge gets stronger when it’s shared. The more people who use, test, and build on these ideas, the better they become. My goal is to see more solo creators succeed, and the best way I can help is by removing the barrier of entry to a proven process.
I’m sharing the system because I believe that for the right person, this roadmap is the difference between a stalled idea and a real business. If you can use it to build something meaningful, then the system has done its job.
Do I have to do the steps in order?
The system is designed to be worked sequentially — each step sets up the next, and the logic holds best when you follow the order. Identify before you build. Monetize before you produce. Productize before you sell.
That said, you know your situation. If you’re mid-build and realize you skipped Identify, go back. If a campaign isn’t converting and you need to revisit Monetize, do it. The sequence is a strong recommendation, not a hard gate.
What’s the difference between the IMPACT System and the Playbooks?
The IMPACT System is the strategy — a complete framework that applies to any solo business. A Playbook is the tactics — the specific moves for a specific business type, documented step by step as the work actually happens.

Triumph, Step 6, is particularly useful here. Most people think of it as a post-launch review, but it works just as well before launch — as a structured way to assess where you are, identify what’s missing, and decide whether you’re actually ready to move forward.

How long does it take?
