The 5Ds – A Repeatable Project Process

	Purpose
1. Define	Clarify the goal. What are you trying to build or improve? What does success look like?
2. Design	Explore options and approaches. What formats, styles, or systems will work best?
3. Develop	Build out the assets, systems, or tools. Create the actual deliverables.
4. Deploy	Launch it. Put it into action, run the test, or go live.
5. Deliver	Track, document, report results. Reflect, optimize, and file everything where it belongs.
